findingnick.me is the link page for Finding Nick. Here is what this site collects and why.

Email sign-up

If you sign up for updates, we save your email address, the time you signed up, and the app you came from when the site can tell (for example Instagram or TikTok). It is stored with our hosting provider, Vercel. Nick's team can see and export the list. We use it to send you Finding Nick updates.

Business inquiries

If you send a business inquiry, we save what you enter (brand or name, email, budget and message) and the app you came from. It is also emailed to business@shopfindingnick.com through a form-to-email service, FormSubmit (formsubmit.co).

Browser notifications

If you turn on notifications with the bell, your browser gives us a notification address, which we save so we can tell you about new videos. Tap the bell again to turn them off.

Visit stats

We count visits to see what people use. This uses Vercel Web Analytics and our own counter, which record page views, link clicks and shares, which app you came from, your country (from Vercel's network) and whether you are on a phone or a computer. No cookies are used for this.

Stored on your device

The site keeps two small settings in your browser: whether you have visited before, and whether sound is on or off.

Images from other services

Most images are hosted on this site. Some video thumbnails may load from YouTube's image server, and a featured product image may load from Shopify. Those services can see your IP address when they send the image.

Other platforms

Links to YouTube, Kick, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Discord and the shop take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.
